产品简介
本产品主要由进口树脂、环保颜填料等配制而成。以水为稀释剂，无污染、不燃不爆，是传统溶剂型钢结构专用漆的最佳换代产品。适用于轻型、高层、住宅，空间和桥梁钢结构行业中冷弯成型、热轧或焊接的结构部件（C型钢、槽钢、工字钢、H型钢等)的防护、防腐及装饰。

使用说明
施工方法:喷涂、刷涂

稀释:涂装前先将漆搅拌均匀根据施工粘度加5%-8%的清水稀释

基材处理:所有待涂装表面应清洁、干燥、无油污、无灰砂、无焊渣、无浮锈

施工环境
施工现场干净无尘，通风良好。施工时所用工具必须保证干净整洁。禁止阴天、大雾、大风等恶劣天气施工

涂装道数
建议两遍,涂装第二遍时，第一遍应干透，至少间隔24小时

注意事项
漆膜可自干，也可低温烘干，自干温度不低于5℃，湿度不大于70%烘干时，流平时间不少于15分钟。严禁与其他涂料乃有机溶剂混合,原装密封包装12个月(室内阴凉、干燥、通风处5-40℃储存)

Product Introduction
This product is mainly formulated from imported resins, environmentally friendly pigments and fillers, etc. Using water as the diluent, it is pollution-free, non flammable, and non explosive, making it the best replacement product for traditional solvent based steel structure coatings. Suitable for the protection, anti-corrosion, and decoration of cold formed, hot-rolled, or welded structural components (C-shaped steel, channel steel, I-shaped steel, H-shaped steel, etc.) in the light, high-rise, residential, space, and bridge steel structure industries.

Instructions

Construction method: spraying and brushing
Dilution: Before painting, mix the paint evenly and dilute it with 5% -8% water according to the construction viscosity
Substrate treatment: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, free of oil stains, dust, welding slag, and rust
Construction environment
The construction site is clean and dust-free, with good ventilation. The tools used during construction must be kept clean and tidy. Prohibit construction on cloudy, foggy, windy and other adverse weather conditions
Number of coating passes
It is recommended to apply two coats. When applying the second coat, the first coat should be thoroughly dry, with a minimum interval of 24 hours
matters needing attention
The paint film can be self dried or dried at low temperatures, with a self drying temperature of not less than 5 ℃ and a humidity of not more than 70%. When drying, the leveling time should not be less than 15 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings or organic solvents. The original packaging is sealed for 12 months (stored indoors in a cool, dry, and ventilated place at 5-40 ℃)
