产品介绍

亿翔水性防锈胶玉磁漆系列产品，由进口树脂、优质颜填料、添加剂配制而成,以水为稀释剂，无毒、无味、无污染，不燃不爆，配套体系完善,是传统溶剂型钢结构用漆的最佳换代产品。适用于轻型、高层、住宅、空间和桥梁钢结构行业中冷弯成型、热轧或焊接的结构部件(C型钢、槽钢、工字钢、H型钢等)的防护、防腐及装饰。

施工方法:

刷涂、喷涂。
稀释:

涂装前应先将漆搅拌均匀若粘度偏高可加入适量清水，加水量不宜超过10%,应边添加边搅拌,保证漆液均匀。

基材处理:

涂装前将工件表面得灰砂、焊渣、油污、浮锈及旧漆皮清除干净。

施工环境：

施工时保持通风，不得在温度低于5℃或湿度大于70%的状况下施工。

建议涂装遍数：

涂装第二遍时，第一遍应干透，至少间隔24小时。

注意事历：

漆膜可自干，也可低温烘干，自干时温度不低于5℃，湿度不大于70%，烘干时，流平时间不低于15分钟。严禁与其他涂料及有机溶剂混合。

Product Introduction
The water-based anti rust adhesive jade enamel series products are formulated from imported resins, high-quality pigments and fillers, and additives. With water as the diluent, they are non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, non flammable and non explosive, and have a complete supporting system. They are the best replacement products for traditional solvent based steel structure paints. Suitable for the protection, anti-corrosion, and decoration of structural components (C-shaped steel, channel steel, I-shaped steel, H-shaped steel, etc.) formed by cold bending, hot rolling, or welding in the light, high-rise, residential, spatial, and bridge steel structure industries.

Construction method:
Brushing and spraying.

Dilution:
Before painting, the paint should be stirred evenly. If the viscosity is too high, an appropriate amount of clean water can be added, and the amount of water should not exceed 10%. Mixing should be done while adding to ensure that the paint solution is even.

Substrate treatment:
Before painting, clean the surface of the workpiece of dust, welding slag, oil stains, floating rust, and old paint.

Construction environment:
Maintain ventilation during construction and do not operate at temperatures below 5 ℃ or humidity above 70%.

Recommended number of coats:
When applying the second coat, the first coat should be thoroughly dry, with a minimum interval of 24 hours.

Notes:
The paint film can be self dried or dried at low temperatures. When self drying, the temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ and the humidity should not exceed 70%. When drying, the leveling time should not be less than 15 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings and organic solvents.
