4、老板有良好的商业信誉与亲自参与经营的决心;
5、认同公司实行品牌“专营”的原则，不再经营其它品牌的同类产品;
6、认同且努力执行公司相关的市场管理政策、规定;
7、认同且努力执行公司的营销推广策略等，愿意按公司政策承担传播推广费用、终端建设费用;
8、有比较专业的营销队伍负责渠道拓展，最大化实现渠道铺设;
9、不过分依赖公司，具备基本的管理能力、服务能力、市场推广能力与渠道建设及维护能力。

9. Not overly reliant on the company, possessing basic management, service, marketing, and channel construction and maintenance abilities.
