亿翔环氧地坪漆应用在制药、食品、医院、纺织、化工、电子等行业的生产厂房、办公楼、仓库、实验室的地坪涂装,特别适用于一楼地面、地下室、地下停车场和其它较为潮湿的环境。施工简易、遮盖力强、施工面积大、耐磨、抗酸碱等功能。

施工方法
第1步:施工前除去基层表面松动的灰、沙土、油污、水份以及其他附着物。
第2步:施工封闭透明底漆1-2遍,若遇新水泥地面,则要多施工一遍底漆，以防泛碱的现象。
第3步:等8-12小时后,待底漆干透后,再施工彩色耐磨中涂1-2遍。
第4步:等24小时后，再喷涂耐磨罩光油1-2遍,24小时后才能行人或摆放物品。行走车辆要等待48小时后方可。
第5步:施工工具要做好环保处理。

除尘,施工封闭透明底漆8-12小时后施工中涂,中涂1-2遍,24小时后,喷涂耐磨罩光面油。

储存
●密封存于5-40℃阴凉干燥处,保质18个月。

特别提示:
1、该漆粘附力扔强,应遮盖无需上漆的部位;施工结束后立即清洗工具。
2、色漆因施工面材居不局会显现出与色卡上颜色不同或明暗度不同的新色、建议将色漆取出,先做小面积小程然后确。正确颜色后，再做大面积施工。
3、贮存在儿童不易触碰地方。涂刷面积:
理论值(底漆)6-9/平米/公斤(面漆)8-10平米/公斤，因底材材质气候不同，实际施工面积将与理论值有所差异。

Construction methods
Step 1: Remove loose ash, sand, oil, water and other adhesions from the surface of the base layer before construction.
Step 2: Apply the closed transparent primer 1-2 times, if you encounter a new cement floor, apply the primer once more to prevent the phenomenon of alkali.
Step 3: Wait 8-12 hours, wait for the primer to dry through, and then apply the color wear-resistant medium coating 1-2 times.
Step 4: Wait 24 hours before spraying the wear mask varnish 1-2 times, and only after 24 hours can pedestrians or place objects. Vehicles must wait 48 hours before leaving.
Step 5: Construction tools should be environmentally friendly.

Construction steps
Dust removal, construction closed transparent primer 8-12 hours after construction coated, medium coating 1-2 times, 24 hours later, spray wear-resistant cover glossy oil.

Stockpile
●Sealed in a cool and dry place at 5-40°C, shelf life for 18 months.

Special Notes:
1. The paint has strong adhesion and should cover the parts that do not need to be painted; Wash the tools immediately after construction.
2. The color paint will show a new color that is different from the color or different shade on the color card due to the construction surface material, it is recommended to take out the color paint, first do a small area and then make sure. After the correct color, do large-area construction.
3. Store in a place that is not easy for children to touch. Coating area:
Theoretical value (primer) 6-9/square meter/kg (topcoat) 8-10 square meters/kg, due to the different climate of the substrate material, the actual construction area will be different from the theoretical value.
