优点:
1、涂膜的高延伸率,具有弥盖墙体裂缝的桥连能力，能防止雨水从裂缝进入墙体,起到墙体整体美观的效果和防止混凝土结构碳化的作用。
2涂膜的分子结构能有效阻隔水份,但允许水蒸气的少量进出,起到防水又透气的作用。
3、涂膜的光固化反应形成的核壳效应,能使涂膜表向形成致密而强韧的防污染层，完全克服了传统弹性涂料容易污染和低寿命的不足。
4、添加特殊防菌剂,能长期防止霉菌及微生物的滋生,确保环境卫生。
