产品说明:

金属氟碳漆是由性能优异的氟碳树脂为主要成份的环保型单、双组份氟碳涂料，具有出色的耐候性、保色性、易施工、易清洁及长期优异的保光、保色性能。

产品用途:

外墙高档涂料,广泛用于别墅、酒店、桥梁、体育馆钢构、宾馆等高档建筑外墙装饰、屋顶及各种建材的耐久性装饰保护涂层。

施工步骤;
1、施工前除去基层表面松动的灰、沙土、油污、水份及其他附着物。

2、施工材料:氟碳金属漆。为保证质量,产品出厂时已将粘度调到适合施工的粘度,现场不再稀释。

3、施工道数:氟碳金国面涂1-2道。配专用辄碳底漆喷1-2道。氟碳金属漆在施工时,每道宜薄喷,走枪匀速,涂膜均匀一致,杜绝发花现象;

4、施工方式:采用喷涂方式施工;

a.空压机:压力0.8-1.OMPa,排气量>0.6m31分钟以上;

b.喷枪:应选用性能可靠,并对出料量、风量、风压可以进行调节的喷枪,以满足需要;

5、姐碳外墙漆涂层厚度通常约为30-50微米。要求颜色均匀一致,不得有漏涂、发花、厚薄不均匀等现象;

6、氟碳外墙漆涂层检哈合格后,即可下道工序(上罩光油);

7、描分隔(格)终,B小排管林却宁杨色的专用洽料,小心地给缝描上颜色,使其既关观又有保护分隔(格)缝的作用;

涂层养护:
涂装施工后、5天内不许人法损你沦民,而漆涂层千燥后，应及时清垢、自松书修补-洽层养护时间应达7天以上。

施工方法:
可以滚涂、刷洽喷论这沦M里只住施工温度不得低于5℃

稀释配比:
如需稀释,加入联粒景不招讨5/社在施工前搅拌均匀。涂刷面积:
理论面积4-5m²/kg（一遍）实际用量应视基面粗糙及具体操作而定。

Product Usage:
High grade exterior wall coatings are widely used for exterior wall decoration, roof decoration, and durability protection coatings of various building materials in high-end buildings such as villas, hotels, bridges, gymnasium steel structures, and hotels.

Construction steps：
1. Remove loose ash, sand, oil, moisture, and other attachments from the surface of the base layer before construction.
2. Construction material: fluorocarbon metal paint. To ensure quality, the viscosity of the product has been adjusted to a suitable viscosity for construction before leaving the factory, and it will not be diluted on site.
3. Number of construction layers: 1-2 layers of fluorocarbon gold national surface coating. Spray 1-2 coats of specialized carbon primer. During the construction of fluorocarbon metal paint, each layer should be sprayed thinly, with a uniform gun speed and uniform coating film to prevent blooming;
4. Construction method: Spray coating method is used for construction;
a. Air compressor: pressure 0.8-1.OMPa, displacement>0.6m31 minutes or more;
b. Spray gun: A spray gun with reliable performance and adjustable discharge volume, air volume, and air pressure should be selected to meet the needs;
5. The thickness of the carbon exterior wall paint coating is usually about 30-50 microns. The color should be uniform and consistent, and there should be no omissions, hairlines, uneven thickness, or other phenomena;
6. After passing the inspection of the fluorocarbon exterior wall paint coating, the next process (covering with varnish) can be carried out;
7. At the end of the partition (grid), the B small row pipe is made of a special material in the color of Que Ning Yang. Carefully color the seam, making it both visually appealing and protective of the partition (grid) seam;

Coating curing:
After the coating construction, no one is allowed to damage you or your people within 5 days. However, after the paint coating is dry, it should be cleaned and repaired in a timely manner. The maintenance time for the coating should be more than 7 days.

Construction method:
Rolling coating, brushing, and spraying are allowed. However, the construction temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃

Dilution ratio:
If dilution is required, add Lianlianjing and do not require 5% mixing before construction. Coating area:
The theoretical area is 4-5m2/kg (once), and the actual dosage should depend on the roughness of the base surface and the specific operation.
